STUDIO PORTRAIT WORKSHOPS,      For both beginners & Intermediate to Advanced.

Beginners workshop.

As this maybe the first time you have been in a photo studio, you will be introduced to the equipment and various lighting effects. Plus you will start

to take photos with guidance. You will learn how different lighting set-ups

can effect your photos.

Good technical skills such as lighting and how you operate and utilize your camera are important but it does not guarantee a successful portrait. Good

ideas, the photographers powers of observation and the relationship with the

sitter creates greater success than just photo technique alone. These skills

will be taught and demonstrated by your instructor.

Intermediate to Advanced workshop.

With this workshop, as you progress with your studio portraits you will

be encouraged to think more creatively about the lighting and how you style

and pose your model.  Giving you the opportunity to create the type of portrait images you desire as a photographer, great if you wish to build your own

portfolio of work. Plus on this class you can bring your own sitter.

REQUIREMENTS.

These classes are suitable for anyone with an interest in Studio Portraiture

but we recommend an SLR camera or Advanced mirror less / compact) with manual controls and a telephoto lens. Most standard/ kit zoom lenses are

good.

Plus as the course is held in English all participants should have a good basic understanding of the English language.

Minimum group size, One :  With an individual studio portrait session a model will be required, this you can either provide yourself or we will help you with a model. The cost of a model is from 500 kr per hour.

Maximum group size, Four : With a group session students can either use each other as models or for an extra cost a model can be hired. The cost of a model is from 500 kr per hour.

Cost :  For a two hour session in a professional photography studio using pro         flash lighting :-

                 Group session : 1200 kr each, including taxes. (model not included).

                 Individual session : 2500 kr, including taxes. (model not included).
